Shipping Policy

At Footbag Circle, we offer free shipping on all orders.

Order Processing Time

Every footbag is prepared with care before it ships. Because of this, orders may take a little longer to process than standard ready-to-ship items.

Orders usually ship within 5–7 business days after your order is placed.

During high-demand periods, bundle orders or assorted-color orders may take slightly longer as we prepare, check, and pack each footbag carefully before shipping.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for tracking details to update after the shipping label is created.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping is available on all orders.

Assorted Colors

Some footbag orders may ship in assorted available colors depending on current stock. We always do our best to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at hello@footbagcircle.com. If your order has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address before it leaves our facility.

Order Delays

We work hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, but small delays may happen due to high demand, limited stock, custom preparation, carrier delays, or address issues.

If there is a delay with your order, we appreciate your patience and will continue working to get it shipped as soon as possible.
